Beyond Day One

Things are going alright, but we're trying to convert David from nocturnal to diurnal, which is tough on Mom and Dad. Will too. Last night at 1:30 following a period of getting David settled and sleeping again, Will started whining. I went up and he informed me that "a pillow fell on his body," and he was going to go downstairs now. Huh? I ensured him it was still night time, time to sleep, and that I'd come get him in the morning. So, was this some kind of episode related to sharing the spotlight with another sibling? Who knows. But he's never done that before.

Meet David Andrew Moran

We're pleased to announce David Andrew Moran. Born 12:36 p.m., 7 lbs 14 oz,
20.75 in. Everyone is doing great.

So that was the message from yesterday that should have made it onto the site, but apparently there was a technical error. Oh well. Anyway, no internet connectivity at the hospital, so we didn't get to post pictures yesterday as hoped. BUT, we do have Day One photos available now. Check back tomorrow for more shots as we're expecting to bring David home tomorrow.

Mary and David are both doing great and Billy and Will are proud to be a part of this event.
